Freshman Cornerstone, Beautifying Arlington

Arlington Tech students engage in project-based learning (PBL) throughout their time in the program. Projects may be in a specific class or reach multiple classes to integrate learning across topics. Our 9th grade year-long project is called Cornerstone, and this year, the team is focusing on the essential question: How can we redesign and influence city planning in Arlington to create a more sustainable and vibrant commute for students?

To learn more read Timothy Jones’s story about the launch of the Cornerstone for 2024-25 school year here.
