Seniors Showcase Their Capstones

During senior year, Arlington Tech students participate in a capstone.  Capstones are individualized year-long experiences that aim to allow students to dive deeply into a career path, research project, or educational pursuit that will propel them into their post-graduations plans.  Capstones may include internships, externships, research, teaching experiences, or college classes, depending on the senior’s interest.

On Thursday, May 23rd, the seniors showcased their capstones.  They presented on the details of their experiences, what they learned, and advice to future Arlington Tech seniors designing a capstone.  Finally, they gave their insight into the value of capstone experiences.

For more information on capstones or what our seniors have to say about the experience, reach out to our Capstone Coordinator Ms. Micki Coffman ([email protected]) or Partnership Coordinator Ms. Nicole DeRocco ([email protected]).
